Polyurethane on polyolefin wheels offer more floor protection, non-marking treads, quieter rolling, & smoother rides compared to steel or phenolic wheels while still providing comparable load capacities. These polyurethane on polyolefin wheels are going to be the most economically priced of the polyurethane wheels and great for general industrial applications.
* These wheels can be used in most applications, but are not recommended for hot or cold applications, or when left in direct sunlight for most of their use.
* This caster features an all-steel top lock brake that performs well in a wide range of applications, including those involving heat. The side-mounted brake pedal provides a more compact design than face contact & total lock brakes. The compact design minimizes the swivel radius, allowing the caster to spin freely 360 degrees with minimal obstruction. Casters with front-mounted brake pedals require more clearance to achieve full rotation.
* To tighten the caster, locate the 3/4" nut on the underside of the stem & tighten with a 3/4" wrench. Refer to the product images for reference.
